Model K Hamilton Beach

exotic vegetables in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Landmarks

When shopping in Malaysia it is often a little perplexed by the vegetable rack. Yes it all looks very tasty and fresh, but what are the unknown exotic vegetables prepared and more importantly how it will taste good at all?

I've made a habit of photographing these exotic vegetable varieties and then read through at home to rest in all the Internet information about the preparation.

this effort I would like to remove now, at least in part. You can find many explanations and pictures of exotic vegetables and fruits on my website: exotic vegetables in Malaysia
exotic fruits Malaysia

The figure above shows Bunga Kantan (pink torch ginger flower malaysian, flower of the torch ginger), the flower is used in salads, for decoration, floral and exotic flavor as an ingredient to "Assam Laksa".
