March 2010 training in the new year.
Although this entry is now a little late. If he comes.
Like an old peasant proverb: "Better late than never"
This is like I think a good approach for a new journal.
I've worked real hard this winter on my role and my strength.
I had to work things in the summer and fall never to feel like this. But this winter it just click done and I dared ran. I think it could do with a book by Andy Kalteis together. Where it away from the untrained to a "mental Traceur"
describes. It is the art of overcoming obstacles but only at the margins.
did this, I still get the Traceurs Black Bock, which gives me some things and techniques, now look different, and I now think differently about some techniques and motivations. So I began the new year.
Now it is mid-March, I've been using the knowledge I got from these books started to work, and have taught me some things and deepened.
What I had, however, during my vacation last week I wondered most about was the s I really found the motivation really to my room and rearranging.
I have 4 days, starting every morning at 10 and pulled up for lunch it and follow I was "Normal" training and I was motivated as never before.
Let's see how it goes in the coming days, weeks and months so on.
Greetings from the beautiful Münsterland
