brave times / Sport as a drug
brave times are begun
The 4th December is now some time ago now. We now have a new year, different weather and we have all developed. As you all and I have also made progress, despite my small and temporary disability I have Coached what I could or can.
So I have added myself to specific weights exercises or efficient. I did other exercises complete without weights, and improved on warmer days my role.
But all this did not help. It tingled just too much in me. I knew I must now go back out and do something. In the beginning it was pure upper body related strength training. Without any strain on my battered feet. Later it was again more and I started again with structured training for my legs. I've been since about February of regular training in volleyball, always with Foot bandages and highly concentrated.
The reason why I wear in volleyball training, the support is relatively easy and is for me to see. There I can not like any of my body in air, run or control the slide and therefore I am playing well the exposure of what my opponents and teammates. For this reason, I still wear the brace.
However, I have been asked lately I jog through huge success can achieve in relation to my foot. Each time after a normal race I've ever even no symptoms, the foot swells from extreme and comes back to normal size (ie it has still not reached again correctly). I notice the next day and go a complaint-free. This I do without support.
Also in parkour training, I leave the bandage off again recently. Okay added what I'm doing is still building training and I'm not even remotely on my old power but for that I Train, yes. I see similar consequences as for my running training. The foot then it is very good. What I am always highly motivated. The bandage
I'm still in my pocket when I'm balancing or precision of very small surfaces, or simply train more than 2-3 h am. But on the whole, I train without.
have In the time of my injury, I learned to focus more on things and made me so pretty much 100% to buckle down. Me too is also much easier to motivate myself and I found a desire in me to read and to learn about foreign environments. I've used both years only made when you made me, now I've discovered the taste for it again.
do not stop!

Sport as a drug
(from the student directory group. Sport is my drug, on sports can be no drug)
say I need to first of all I smoke in the throat, not from absolutely can, so is smoking dope , smoking shisha, or rather chill out with me.
And I have no experience on the subject in the direction of illegal drugs. Nevertheless
I would like to make a comparison. Tobias runs as I've also read Parkour, which I am, I also think he will understand me best.
"how it feels when you create a new personal best?"
bsp. it can be in a race to be faster, or simply fulfill a long and hard earned goals. Parkour is
When you put it at any time by and I still know pretty much how I got the cat leap over a table tennis plate. Something like that is pretty motivating, rich endorphins and what I do not know everything.
time for something to farces. are computer addicts also. People behave much like any other addicts. But what makes for an addict to addict?
- call for the "drug"
- Mental & Physical withdrawal symptoms not getting
- Week planning the tailored only to the drug are.
- possibly purchasing crime
If you (you) will go after these divisions ran the thing you realize that some here are addicted to sports. I think I can easily say this without knowing jmd really correct. let alone have they talked to them or written.
it so you can try it for yourself all the time, but let's turn out the training times a week. For no reason. And you'll notice that you feel uncomfortable. You notice that you are missing something. You get even, where appropriate, pain in specific regions of the body.
and you get the tingle you what you need to start the shows again and you will then feeling better and you since happy.
And that's why we (I) Addicted to sports.
