Japanese Tarcher Movies

Who does not know the feeling: "My head is full!" Again and again falls
us something new that we had to be done. Everything is important, and yet we push back much just ahead of us. And the mountain of unfinished business is growing.
We have no time for people who are important to us, least of all we have time for ourselves

Many people have a problem with it, to set priorities. The daily office stuff for us then about the same value as the long-pending professional development. And the "everyday Obligations prevent "persevere in it, and finally back to spend time with our partners and friends. Not

can we focus on the essentials, because our subconscious is programmed to remind us ALL unfinished things again and again. And this memories are then often indiscriminately into our consciousness.

What's the remedy? In my opinion, is the first step, just take a new angle. Especially when it comes to decisions and choices is often distance and the consideration of other points very helpful.

is best to you the work if you do that also spatially. Nature is full of powerful places where you all for you can be.

And then let your thoughts come to rest - enjoy the time you have for you. Take your body senses and experience you and your environment with all senses. What do you hear? What do you see? What do you smell? What do you feel?

If you are you generally difficult to take time for yourself and not other times to be there for you is probably not an easy exercise. Although at first glance does not look like - especially if your idea is to calm the extremely productive Phase. You get access to areas of your brain which are simply blocks in the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

And then guess what a question: If I had all the options - what would I do in my life like? Be open to anything that pops into your mind. New ideas, even if you happen to you at first mad. New goals, even if they conflict with your existing exactly. New opportunities, new ways, new dreams ............ what is important to you?

I wish you will enjoy this journey of discovery. Embark on the trail, which desires you have in you and what you would like to achieve.
