I have asked myself for the time being its own small task.

This means that I want to create 1,000 repetitions within a week.
The time now is nothing too big. But I have found for me personally found that I still have kraftdefiziete. So I've considered not only an exercise in 1000 to make time. But several, and a sort of daily workout to make it.

Roughly speaking, this is the goal.

to my plan, I have to create before the whole thing in 5 days in other words, I will more or less have 2 rest days. Who now the head is capable of computing will notice that the 200 repetitions a day. For First, I give myself as much time but I need. And I have 5 sets together.

The Daily round looks like this:

sentence 2
40 pushups
40 sit-ups (left side)

40 sit-ups (right side )
1 complete round Titanium Ankel

40 sit-ups (with legs on page 20 +20)

100 squats

+ Short drinking pauses between sentences

Another inspiration was is to see how quickly the force changes within a week. Further on the subject in a week;)
