A snowed in December
is late November here sometimes more, sometimes less snow, currently I would say there are about 25 cm. So I adapted my training a bit.
Significantly more weight training and I'm going to run again every 2 to 3 days a week.
What comes from the newfound admiration for the running I can not say exactly. Think there are 2 to 3 factors which have as a major influence. But one is certainly the reading of the book Born to be run. The book I can only recommend.
Since the end of November I started my diet switch fundamentally. I eat my cereal in the morning
since everything has remained the same. I eat throughout the day just fruit, vegetables and nuts. And in the evening after the training, I eat a hot meal usually a small portion of cereal for dessert. Due to an increased training, I keep my weight pretty well but I feel much more energy to have available.

Since yesterday I am also in possession of two yellow Beautiful ladies.
you weigh 16 kg and I have already completed the first training session with them and that was damn tiring. I will now let's see how it can affect Kettelbell training supplement. And make it still more often.
