I worked with a "sit-Bank" I got some time and went to BWE's my strength to rise.
Once in the new year, I started enjoying it to me again in the evening tearing the ass. I was usually about half 11 at home and often took half an hour for me to torment a little. So it was natural to me down a few weights. (See picture: Vest 10 kg, joint weights 1,5 kg dumbbells per 10 kg)
I am not a friend of fitness studios that are here suddenly on every street corner and I'm not a fan of weight training. But for me, the investment in the weight vest and the joint weights of the next step towards a strong future. I can use these weights my training as normal f place without making any considerable changes.
the dumbbells on the picture I had even more that I can in one or other exercise in my opinion used very well and supplement use.
Once I have the flu that I've captured a few days I will write against the weights extensive testing and anything else to do so.
